    Are you a senior commercial leader with a passion for sustainability, technology, and growth? Do you want to build something that truly matters and be on the front line yourself? At Antonie, we are looking for a Sales Manager UK to lead our commercial growth in the UK and actively close strategic deals. We combine cutting-edge data technology with in-depth agricultural knowledge to build solutions that restore soils, improve yields, and strengthen biodiversity. As Sales Manager UK, you will direct our commercial strategy, scale our impact, and personally close deals that change the sector.

    Your role: leadership and commercial drive

    You are responsible for Antonie’s commercial success in the UK. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you combine strategic ownership with personal deal-making. You will:

    ● Achieve your own sales quota, with a focus on key accounts and strategic deals.

    ● Determine Antonie's commercial course in the UK together with the Head of Sales.

    ● Work closely with the Head of Sales to translate market insights into strong propositions and scalable sales strategies.

    What you will do

    Lead commercial growth

    • You are responsible for the UK results and your own revenue targets.
    • You ensure accurate forecasting, deal reviews, and pipeline management.

    Capitalize on business opportunities within the UK market

    • You identify business opportunities in the UK and focus on strategic target groups such as seed breeders, governments, cooperatives, and lab & research institutes.
    • You actively build relationships and open new markets for our CROP (crop optimization) and LIFE (soil management) solutions.

    Manage key accounts and close deals

    • You are responsible for closing large, impactful deals.
    • You work with various stakeholders during long-term sales processes.
    • You build trust with customers and advise them based on customer reference cases, practical examples, and ROIs.

    Strategy and collaboration

    • You contribute to pricing strategies, Go-to-Market approaches, and commercial product positioning.
    • Together with the Head of Sales and CMO, you create targeted campaigns and content that feed the pipeline.
    • You relay market feedback to the product teams and the leadership team.

    What do you bring?

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration,
    • Agribusiness, Technology or a related field.
    • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 4+ years in a senior or (working) leadership role
    • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and guiding a team to results.
    • Experience selling SaaS, AgriTech, or data-driven solutions.
    • Strong strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
    • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and a structured approach to pipeline management.
